I am in need of a skilled and reliable plumber to address several plumbing issues in my home. If you are experienced, licensed, and available to start soon, I would love to hear from you.
Scope of Work:
Leaky Faucet Repair: One of the bathroom faucets is constantly dripping and needs repair or replacement.
Clogged Drain: The kitchen sink is draining slowly and may require thorough cleaning or snaking to clear the blockage.
Toilet Installation: We have purchased a new toilet that needs to be installed in the main bathroom.
Water Heater Inspection: The water heater has been making unusual noises and we would like it inspected to ensure it's functioning properly.
Pipe Repair: There is a small leak under the sink in the laundry room that requires fixing.
Requirements:
Must be licensed and insured.
Previous experience with residential plumbing is a must.
Ability to provide a reasonable estimate for the work.
