We are looking for a skilled professional or team to handle the creation and execution of a complete ad campaign under the categories of Design & Marketing and Programming & Web. The goal is to increase visibility, drive engagement, and ultimately boost conversions for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Development (Design & Marketing):
Develop a creative and data-driven marketing strategy for online ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Design high-converting ad visuals and copy tailored to our target audience.
Manage ad budgets, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
Programming & Web Optimization:
Collaborate with web developers to ensure our website landing pages are optimized for conversions (loading speed, mobile responsiveness, UI/UX improvements).
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking.
Set up necessary tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) for monitoring ad performance and user behavior.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and ad campaign management.
Strong web development background, especially in optimizing website performance.
Expertise in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) and development platforms (WordPress, HTML/CSS).
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
Deliverables:
A fully executed ad campaign (from planning to execution).
Optimized and responsive website or landing pages.
Regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Timeline: 1-3 months depending on scope.
